Customs Duties, Import VAT and Import Charges

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are included in the amount charged at checkout.

Orders shipped outside Japan (excluding the United States) are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. The customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all import requirements in the destination country.

Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges applicable to DAP shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

If import charges are refused or remain unpaid, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities. Any resulting costs, including return shipping, customs fees, storage fees, or other losses, may be deducted from any eligible refund.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, and related charges on DAP shipments.

As import regulations and charges vary by country, customers should contact their local customs authority before placing an order if they require further information.

Undeliverable Items Policy

In the event that a delivery fails, we will make every effort to contact the customer to determine an alternative delivery method. If we are unable to successfully deliver the item and do not receive a response from the customer within 30 days of the initial delivery attempt, the item will be considered undeliverable and will be disposed of in accordance with our disposal policy. We encourage customers to ensure that their contact information is up to date to facilitate smooth communication regarding delivery issues.
